If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

Application refers to Digitl Pastures, the software provided by Digitl Pastures, LLC, downloaded via an Application Store.
Application Store refers to Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or under common control with Digitl Pastures, LLC.
Device means any electronic device capable of accessing the Service.

User ("You") refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Third-Party Social Media Service means services or content provided by third parties accessible through the Application.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting Digitl Pastures, LLC directly. Should informal resolution fail, disputes shall be governed by Utah state law and subject to jurisdiction in courts located within Utah.

Compliance with U.S. Laws

You represent and warrant that you are not located in or associated with any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Service following modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and Waiver

These Terms may be translated into other languages. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
